Transnational meetings and local events will be the partnerships main opportunity to build relationships and enable a strong cooperative partnership to develop. Practitioners at local and national levels will also participate through the national networks of the partners as part of a critical success factor for the project both in terms of the transnational partnership and in the successful exchange of valuable information. This approach enables bottom up thinking and ensures that the model of best practice, the methods and approaches chosen are quality proofed by end users.

Discussion regarding specific barriers to VET and employment for this client group in each partner country. Presentation of qualities 'Models of Successful Working' within each partner organisation.
Presentation of quality examples of specific successful Interventions for motivating the individual client towards VET and Employment Opportunities and maintenance of same for example Motivational Interviewing and CBT.
Presentation of examples of local and national quality interagency working models which are being used successfully with this client group in the context of VET and employment, from all partner counties.
Discussion and bringing together of all quality models, approaches and interventions. Discussion regarding Website model, content and actions agreed re: dissemination to other relevant agencies
